Tuesday Mar 26, 2019
Kagin Ballroom, Kagin Commons

On March 26-27th, Dr. Jamie Washington will be visiting Macalester for the 4th time this year as we continue to think about ways to transform Macalester into a more inclusive campus.

During this visit, there will be two opportunities for students to engage in workshops that are connected to diversity and inclusion.

The 1st session will take place March 26th from 5:00-7:00pm in Kagin Ballroom & will be an introductory workshop to inclusion work for any students interested. Food will be provided, so we ask that you RSVP here.

The 2nd session will take place March 27th from 9:00-11:30am in Kagin Ballroom and be open to students, faculty, and staff. This session will engage participants in a process of reflection during which we will process what we have learned, identify gaps that yet need to be filled, and share our hopes and expectations for the future of the work of transforming Macalester. Refreshment will be provided at 8:30am, so we ask that you RSVP here, if you intend on coming.
