Information for Submitters

  • Only Macalester faculty, staff and students may submit events.
  • Before submitting an event, check the event calendar to make sure the event is not already listed.
  • Submitted events will be reviewed and posted on the calendar within 24 hours.
  • Update: Permission must be obtained for public showings of most movies. Details

Required Information

Enter the username portion only of your Macalester e-mail address.
Example: smith or jsmith

Be specific: Lecture is too general. Walter Mondale Lecture is better.

Suggestions will appear as you type, but any text will be accepted (even if it is not on the drop-down).

Has this space been reserved? Reservations can be made using the online reservation system or by contacting the reservation line at 651-696-6638.

Include an e-mail address and/or phone number to contact for event information.
